Hotel Haus Sonnschein - Cochem

The rooms were warm with a queen bed. the staff were pleasant and amicable. the location by the Mosel river was great for us. It was just off the castle and other half of the town.

the hotel was convenient, good services provided, magnificent location right on the moselle river. i appreciated central heating, multi-channel tv, and a sitting area in the exceptionally clean and good basic room. the view of the castle was particularly nice. the staff were extremely friendly, a real pleasure to deal with. food was fabulous and i have nothing but absolutely amazing memories from this trip.

The attention to detail is evident throughout the property, from the well-maintained rooms with beds that can be moved together, to the balconies overlooking the picturesque Mosel river. The location is a major highlight, as the hotel is directly across the river from the tour boat dock, allowing easy access to the river and a short walk to the main town.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The view from our balcony was fine, and we loved being so close to the river. The room was immaculate, and we appreciated the attention to detail with the new bathroom. The parking was also very convenient, as we arrived early and it was right in front of the hotel. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide range of options to choose from. we were very impressed by this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone.

this is a common issue we've encountered at many hotels, so it wasn't a huge problem.

the balcony with a view was a highlight, and the continental breakfast provided a nice start to the day. the clean rooms and fresh towels were appreciated.

The bathroom was rather small, making it a bit difficult to move around comfortably.
